Nin.sha and Cal72 on VJing
2 VJs about real-time-playing with moving pictures.
Nin.sha and Cal72 dig around their case full of graphical material, programming and software. With this material they talk about projections and present the VJ as an artist plus a technician plus an imaging scientist.
Both work within an interactive musical triad on the mastery of fast cutting with a heart for typography and a graphic language in 2D and 3D.
Nin.sha is a VJ of the artist label 'tensionbasement' in Stuttgart and Cal72 forms part of the UNIT-VJ-Team of the Tatort-parties in Cologne. Together, but also separately, they play pictures in clubs at drum'n'bass, electro, and hiphop parties as well as at live-acts, festivals or in galleries.
A debut in nonlinear lecturing with music and popcorn.
