"Führt ein unterirdischer Gang zur Küche ?..." (Is an underground passage leading towards the kitchen?...) The clip was presented alongside various video-clips, photos and objects during the three day installation "Archive Myself – ein Selbstportrait" ("Archive Myself – a Self-Portrait) by Jonas Hummel. The clip was produced in Prof. Manfred Waffender's Video 1 exam class.
"Jonas: the fast version" (Vegetables on Rice)
Ingredients: 3 cloves of fresh garlic, 1-2 onions, 1 chili pepper, 2-3 sweet peppers.
Cut all vegetables in cubes. Brown in some olive-oil. Season with cumin, salt, pepper and fresh lemon juice.
Boil 5-10 minutes.
Serve with 1 cup of Basmati or Thai rice.
Rinse rice thoughtfully until draining water remains clear.
Boil rice 15-20 minutes in two cups of water for one cup of rice.
Top dish with yoghurt, lemon juice and olive oil.
